Usage

Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Each cap stands for about 1 cup of coffee. Do not take more than 2 daily.
The same dosage applies for losing weight, but we recommend that you take a break of 2-3 weeks after using Yellow Subs for 5-6 weeks.
