Increased eccentricity to compensate for bore deformation at high RPMs and contribute to the formation of a hydrodynamic oil film.
Main bearings with a 3/4 groove to optimize the load-bearing surface of the bearing and the oil supply to the connecting rod bearings.
Tight and consistent wall tolerances to help you maintain consistent bearing clearance.
Enlarged chamfers on the inner edges of the bearing flanges where necessary, to accommodate a larger fillet radius on performance crankshafts.
