Solution for the play that occurs on the S2000 torsen differential.
Because the gears rotate against steel rings in this design, both parts wear over time and there is too much space in the unit . The disadvantage of this is that there can be a bang in the car and that the play acts on the sealing rings, which in turn become loose and can start to leak.
Resolved with our fix, we do this by applying pre-load in the unit. As a result, the problem stays away for a long time (longer than original) and it will work slightly more assertively.
Price is in combination with differential rebuild. Surcharge is for additional installation in the differential or possibly also in the car.
