Overhaul/repair of the BMW F-series transfer case. This box is used on the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 series with x-drive and the X1.
During an overhaul, we replace all bearings, seals, clutch plates, o-rings and adjust them properly again.
Because we offer this unit as an exchange unit, we always replace the input shaft and output flange, since this is a part that breaks more often or where play can occur.
If the flange and input shaft are not damaged, our revision article is a cheaper option with the disadvantage that we cannot offer an exchange unit for it and therefore require a longer processing / assembly time.
If you want to have the transfer case shipped for your own assembly, then the deposit must be chosen, this will be refunded when you receive back your used transfer case in a repairable condition.
